Can anybody please explain to me what this email means from axxess:

A response to ticket: m......... with subject:

New Line
For: 0530000000 has not been received for 72hrs. We have automatically closed this ticket, however If you reply to the ticket again, it will reopen.

I had a line with axxess but didn't pay them for a few months, they suspended the Line, so I requested a new service from them but all I get is the above emails and when I call in they say that according to the system they awaiting response from service provider and it can take up to 8 week's for a response from telkom.
