My internet has been horrendously slow, with all traffic affected, including regular HTTP browsing. I assumed that there was some sort of network issue on Axxess's network, but it didn't get any better, so I decided to log into their control panel. To my amazement I see that my account is "Managed" after using only 80GB of data.
According to their website, they throttle only peer-to-peer, HTTP downloads etc., but this is clearly not the case. I am also only able to cancel this terrible service from end of next month, before I can move to a better provider.
