Axxess Voice App In-Call Key-tones

Anyone else using the Axxess VOIP app have issues with clicking number selections in those long-winded call centre menus?

For me, tapping a number does nothing to select a menu item.

I've tried:
- uninstalling and reinstalling
- wiping cache
- contacting their support (lol! hey, one always lives in hope)
- tried using different apps. One called Wave by Grandstream and some other freebie ones I could find, but no luck logging in.

Its a DTMF issue. The standard is rfc2833, but you can try others too. One of them should work.

I don't see any settings for that.
