Axxess vs Afrihost Capped ADSL

Hi Guys,

So I currently have a 150GB Capped DSL Unshaped data bundle with Afrihost. There are loads of threads with the differences between Axxess and Afrihost. But nothing recent and nothing comparing the "unshapped" capped account of Afrihost with a capped account on Axxess.

Anyway, over the past few weeks I have noticed a definite degradation of service on my account. Especially around my Exodus streams (I don't need any lectures about this - I also have paid services). I get charged a premium for "unshaped" (R668 with line) but I feel like I am being shaped. Anyone else experience this?

So my question is, whats everyone's feelings on the Axxess capped accounts? Has anyone else noticed a degradation of their p2p traffic on Afrihost? Worth the move to Axxess?

The 2 companies might run on the same network and share the same directors but they manage the bandwidth differently. I feel that my capped Axxess account is more stable than my previous Afrihost one.

My 600Gb capped Axxess account is also useless these days :/

Streaming, downloading, torrents used to run close to max speed 27/4, but the last few weeks speed has been non existent.

Thinking of jumping ship.

Well then I wouldn't go to Afrihost if I was you as it seems to be the same story on that side.

Anyone having a real capped account experience anywhere?
