I'm not even sure where to post this, but since I came across the Axxess person on this forum, I hope there would be a response.

Please explain to me why I experience a dip in my Internet speed every night from about 10pm? Sometimes there is a complete disconnection and a reconnect after a few minutes, but it is almost impossible to work after 10pm at night. What's happening?

Download: 0.55Mbps
Upload: 0.39Mbps

Just tested this and it is atrocious. I cannot even open a post on FB.

The query can be forwarded to whichever thread you feel like, but you have sent me a message to please post, so I'm posting.

As for phoning the Axxess helpdesk - I can do that, but then nobody else will learn why this is happening

Can be one of two things:

1) Congested exchange in your area at those times.
2) Line fault

But I definitely think its 1 !
