Aztech 700WR-3G router as cell only router

Hi All,
I have an Aztech router, but no landline. The complex I stay in has no landline network.
Can the router be used as a cell only router with a dongle?

I have one of these but I don't have a dongle to test this out :/

I assume it will work fine though - it should see that there's no ADSL connection and switch to 3G.
