B683 router on Cell C

Hi

Can anyone please tel me whether i can use a Huawei B683 router on a windows 8 laptop with a Cell c sim card , and will i be able to load the Cell c Connection manager that enables a person to recharge, does this connection manager allows a person to convert the airtime into data bundles.

You can use the B683 router with any operating system including windows 8 and you can use a Cell C SIM card in the router. By law ICASA does not allow any device to be network locked.

The Cell C connection manager is only available with the Speed Sticks so you will not be able to use it. To view your balance create an account on http://www.cellc.co.za/my-account for the SIM in the router. You can check your balance here.
