Yeah, i re-read the article to find shes 15... they were both too young... wonder what the parents think
She is a pedophile. Her name should go on the sex offenders registry.
So should his.
(Kid was prolly 12 at conception.)

You've got to be joking...
Why? Girl was sexually attracted to boy who was 12 and looked even younger.
Becuase they both under the age of 16, does this mean no charges are filed?
I think you're talking crap mate1. They are both breaking the law.
2. The girl, psychologically speaking, was sexually attracted to a prepubertal (in appearance and age) male. Granted she conceived so he wasn't entirely prepubertal - in fact he was pubertal/adolescent, but what attracted her was his underage looks. It's a complicated issue but psychologically it is worrying that a 14/15 yo would have sex with a baby faced 12 y/o.

I think this says it all:Explain. UK has a registry of sex offenders to protect children from them. This teenage girl had sex with a child. Why is her case so different? Can children
be safe around her?
I think you just don't understand. Educate yourself, 'mate'.
Not only are you confused about whether he reached puberty or not, but you're speculating on what she was attracted to. Are you perhaps the teenage girl in the article? You seem rather confident about what she saw in the guy.The girl, psychologically speaking, was sexually attracted to a prepubertal (in appearance and age) male. I'm not arguing this any further. Your statement was 'but what attracted her was his underage looks'. Your response here is unrelated to what I called you on.I think anyone can say with confidence that the attraction was SEXUAL,
because SEX and conception resulted. This was no platonic friendship
between two children, this was an adult relationship and therefore the motivations for it can be seen as being adult. I'm not the teenage girl in question but attractions leading to sex are sexual. Most people do not
get turned on sexually by underage people, but she did.
Anyhow the DSM-IV definition would exclude her but this is
quite a worrying issue. I wouldn't want her near my under 13 year old son.
Of course she may have been forced (raped) or otherwise co-erced into it. However, seeing as girls
mature faster than boys and she was 3 years older than him, I would think she'd be psychologically
and physically been able to resist his advances. Of course she could also be mentally retarded.

Btw she's 2 years older than him, if you bothered to read the article.
Read the edit. I haven't lost, you just think you won with your long and meaningless ramblings. You're not arguing it because you lost your argument.
