Backup/Sync utility?

Ok wanna backup/sync certain forlder (MyDocuments and Outlook express folders) at regular intervals but I would also like it to keep the last two versions of a file in case a file get's modified or deleted etc)

Looking for something that is free and easy to use.

I would reccommend Rsync, but that means messing around with the commandline

Tried implementing SyncToy for large(ish) data sets, including the recommended bug work-arounds. The problem was that the reliability of the synchronisation deteriorated over time.

This software is OK if you have not used much else, but if you have used something like rsync before then it may be frustrating.

The last release of SyncToy was in 2009 in order to fix it’s file corruption problem so it has been falling behind.

If you've got a linux machine handy, rsync will do all that and more. ( Just need to allow network shares of the files you need backed up and make sure that they are well protected )

Use a Cloud backup service, like DropBox which is free for around 2Gb of data. Your data is backed up (with revisions) and You can use it to sync the files on multiple devices, pc's etc

You can also use Google drive which gives you 5Gb free, similar to dropbox!

Been using this program for a month now and must say I'm pretty impressed, even tested it afterwards with commercial Goodsync and it does the job, nice simple interface as well.

The reviews said it comes with malware but i didn't find anything on install, there is option to install some adware stuff like skype but unckeck tickbox and proceed.
