This guy is an ******* of note, it's difficult enough finding parking in the boord as it is, without idiots parking like this.

Say what?

Admittedly. I don't know what a boord is, but there are plenty empty parkings in that pic.

Sometimes in the evening you find the odd open parking bay there, but most of the time it's packed.

Die Boord in Stellenbosch. That parkings are sometimes very full and it can be difficult to get a parking there.

MYBB members wrote on someone's car and posted the pics here? I agree that should be reported to the police and the forum admins. Oh, wait, you are talking garbage.

Show us these examples where this became vindictive? I mean if you are referring to the ones where someone parks illegally in a disabled bay in a branded vehicle and guys here posted that on FB, then I still don't get your level of pain.

Go an look for them yourself as I did.

So who is in the wrong here? The motor bike owner for hogging a space meant for a car, the owner for trying to squeeze into a bay that is actually too narrow, or, the property owner for not planning the parking area a bit better?

The point is which vehicle was parked there first? The bike or the car? You do not know, none of us know.

The motor bike owner for hogging a space meant for a car,

Say what? It's a licensed motor vehicle, and if there are no designated motorcycle bays, or if they are full (or even if they aren't) it has full legal use of the road and the parkings. Do you know that parking areas are covered under the road traffic act, and the rules of the road apply in them?

Yes of course. And that is why the rules for the size of parking bays are also applicable, but largely ignored by property owners and municipal authorities in many places.

I was asking a rhetorical question, trying to show how utterly stupid these photos are and why this thread is nothing more than a witchhunt.

if the bike parked first, and the car parked *** - and the bike moves, the car is still parked ***.
either way the car is parked kaka.

If no motor cycle bays available then the Bike is OK, if there are then he is being an idiot. but the car is still parked ***.

Lots of other people find their way onto that space, myself included with a X1.

Nope I do not own a land cruiser, and BTW I am safely back in PTA, away from the home of the parking vigilante brigade.

The parking lots of Pretoria also have eyes and they are watching, just waiting to use their cellphone cameras to capture and publish evidence of badly parked vehicles.

I did apply and sent the doctor's note. The note specified that the old lady needs to be transported around and has limited mobility. The application was declined as "unsubstantiated"
There is a full report required to validate your request.
You will probably find that if the correct forms are done it will be approve.
Only problem is the declining person did not say come back with X-forms...

You can reapply. You need to see the right doctors with the right forms/letters containing correct terms etc. The requirements vary per case.
