Not for a driver, but for Canal Walk. This vehicle's bumper at the back was on the line, thus this pic shows how small the parking bays are.

It is clearly not a parking space, it is marked and it is too small, marked for motorcycles & trailers.
This also blocks the entryway to another drive way

You had me spooked there for a second, until I saw the number plate and the damaged bumper. My wife has been driving my car for the last month and she "sometimes" (admittedly not often) parks that car badly because she struggles a bit with the size.

You mean the fact that his bumper is not damaged, which was one of the 2 indicators, combined with the number plate, that it is in fact not his car? :erm:
