Never took a pic but did tell a couple off a few days ago.

All I said was "terrible, pathetic parking skills". They just stared at me with very guilty expressions on their faces and not much eye contact (in front of my sons creche), them taking 2 of the 6 available parking spots. I heard the wife getting rather ratty towards the husband as I left so guess that's the end of it at the creche anyway...

That's a loading zone, that parking blocks the space you have to walk with the trolley. But if that's after hours I think that might be legal?
