While I will concede that these particular bays are often open at the Blairgowrie Spar, how much effort would it have been to actually turn into one of them??

The park-on-the-wrong-place brigade is at it again this morning. Sense of entitlement, like our government officials.

The cycling brigade cycles every Tuesday and Thursday morning now. This is so obviously one of them.

It has to be your parking for you to see something wrong with it. Parking on someone else's parking sets of a chain reaction of parking in other people's spots which sets of another reaction of people getting their wheels clamped; all because one person parked in the wrong spot.
