I will, especially if there's no demarcated parking for motorcyclists at all, or if there's no place for motorcycles to park.

Or if some inconsiderate driver parked his/her car over 4 motorcycle parking bays...

But most of the time I'll look for a safe place to park the motorcycle before hogging a whole parking bay.

I get so tempted to leave a boot shaped dent in the driver's door when I see them do this. Or if I see the driver, a helmet shaped dent in the side of their heads.

This used to happen a lot in my town where we only have 5 designated motorcycle parking bays, and a couple hundred motorcar parking bays.

Solution, take photos of the offending vehicles and send it to the local newspaper to be published.

Problem solved, haven't seen it happen in a long time.
