I don't understand the point of damaging someone else's property, even if they're being a retard.
but why willfully choose to park like a retard - chances are you will be treated as such.
but in this case we are dealing with full retard.
if one chooses to park directly over a pavement forcing pedestrians, people in wheelchairs, mothers with prams etc to now walk in the street one deserves anything that happens to the car while creating this situation.
this is not the first time, he has regularly parked there for the last month.
there is a huge free parking area diagonally over the road from where he parked, but no, he would rather for his convenience, & at the expense of others, park across the pavement.
call it a deterrent - when people's stupidity & inconsideration starts costing them money, they are quick to learn.
