Bad Parking Pictures

My most memorably experience of people that ignore no parking zones, was the day I went for a Gastroscopy at Sunninghill hospital. The parking was full but for additional parking on the grass at the back, accessible via a narrow gap (clearly marked as non parking) between two demarcated parking spots. After my non desirable procedure I returned to my car to discover somebody had parked in that gap. With no way for dozens of cars to get out the parking area I was in. Waited two and a half hours along with many other people.

Tow truck should have been called in my opinion.

Once saw someone parked like that in a underground garage. Two of the people there parked their motorcycles on each side of him. And not small bikes. One was a Harley.

Seems about par for the course judging by how the new Rangers tend to act, both in parking lots and on the roads. And yes, I'm from Pretoria. Might be that the tardy Rangers all end up here....
