Is that not the same intersection where that massive truck accident took place last year? It looks very familiar.

Nope, but it's not too far away.

If you look on Google Streetview, this is exit 12 on the M13; the truck accident was at exit 19. Both interchanges probably date back to the 1960s, which is why they look similar.

EDIT: Google is missing a lot of exit numbers on the M13, including the aforementioned two. You'll find them correctly marked on Openstreetmap though.
