This twat decides to park on the corner.
Some old lady was stuck in her wheelchair in the 30degree heat unable to cross the road thanks to this prick.
Managed to get her off the pavement & around the arsehole's truck.

I think I might have accidentally sort of gently reversed into his passenger door when leaving Kauai.

How do you always manage to be in places where people with wheelchairs are being obstructed?

between wheelchairs, electric wheelchairs & prams the pavement can be dangerous

Problem started with the idiot to the left of him. Parked right on the line so can understand why he parked more to the right but yes, he could have gone a bit closer i.e. to the left.

he could have just parked in empty bay on the right - its empty as well. but instead he took 2 parking bays just somma no one can squeeze in on the right, at least on the x5 side (inconsiderate as he is as well) a smaller car should be able to fit.

I would still not park like that. I'd rather block the guy to my left from opening his front door.

When one of the cars wanted to get out, it took him about 10 minutes to appear and move his car.

That is crazy. If you found yourself parked in like that, could you call the Metro Police and have the car towed? Would they do that? A ticket in this case just simply does not seem to cut it.
