About a week back the S/N on my adsl line went tfrom good (37 downstream) to bad (7 downstream). The line still syncs at 20meg, but the speed I am getting currently is very low - basically it is as if I am on a 2meg dsl line, and of course very irratic at that. Speedtest gives about an average of 2 Mbps download speed.
Question I have is, must I ask Telkom to send out a technician so that he can see if the problem is at my home/exchnage box etc?
So far, all thay have done is call to tell me from their side the line syncs at 20meg and they can see no fault on the line
