Just a thought... given the studies and evidence over last few months that smoking reduces risk of covid19, evidence currently being ignored by NDZ, would this not also be a case for HRC? She is after all increasing smokers risk by the day by continuing the ban endangering their lives, and, should a smoker now contract covid19, could they not claim damages from her? Or should they die, could she not be charged for manslaughter or something?

Doubt you would be successful. The argument would be made that you were a statistical outlier and that the ban was put in place for the greater good.

The Pakistani shop not very far from me is closed at the moment. Police arrested them after a tipoff from a member of the public because they were selling cigarettes.

The Pakistani was back in business again a few days ago after paying a big fine. Selling all his "essential" stock again

Heard on the radio in the morning. A liquor store in Umbilo got broken into, a supermarket chain apparently. I wonder why there's not more this happening in KZN especially. Companies taking extra precautions maybe.

Ban on alcohol and cigarettes in South Africa remains, but as is only right, the sale of cigarettes and tobacco ( alcohol as well to a lesser extent) is and will continue unabated....

The heading should have been ^^^^

Albeit at exorbitantly inflationary prices.

RFC now open on stage 3 regulations.

Based on this reply to Dean McPherson, NDZ used DearSA comments.
Comment something appropriate,k thanx bye.
Replied to this, everyone here should leave there opinion, spread it to to smokers groups etc, that way ndz can't use that as an excuse again, cigarettes and alcohol should be on sale on all levels of lockdown imo.

Why is Tobacco products under E. Wholesale and Retail Trade not green?

Seems green indicates changes from previous level. Tobacco was originally allowed under lvl 4 until petty tyrant ndz changed it, so, probably just a version difference

Have done so already and published it in a few places... Actually will do so in the neighbourhood watch groups and such as well now..

Screw Mama NDZ... will make sure that there are more comments in support of things than she can hope to ever duck and dive her way out of...
