Yeah we did... But there is room for interpretation that to the president using the date aspect, in my opinion at least.

Im sure the intention is for Tuesday but this midnight Monday the 17th thing can be classed as ambiguous due to midnight being the start of the new day.

You can bet it will be misinterpreted though ... And since curfew is in place still why not move the country to level 2 as of 4am on Tuesday. Then no room for misinterpretation.

I bought 2x cases of wine mud August. Was supposed to be delivered on the Monday. That weekend they banned alcohol. My babies are waiting...
