That's actually not true, check your facts.

In 1991 she became part of interim leadership that built the African National Congress (ANC) Women's League structures in KwaZulu-Natal. She was then elected to the first Regional Executive Committee of the ANCWL. In 1992 and 1993, she served as Regional Secretary, and was elected as Deputy Secretary General of the ANCWL in 1993.[1] In 1998 she was elected Secretary General of the ANCWL, and served for two terms until 2008.[3]

On 8 May 2006, the court found Zuma not guilty of the charge of rape.

Just a and question.
so she says you lick the paper when you make a zol.
But doesn’t Covid die when it is burnt?

And since we now know we should not share skywe should we not be trusted?

and one more thing?
People do nor share skywe with strangers. Its usually people you would get covid19 from even if you are not sharing smokes.

I Was a smoker. And a very poor one. Smoked any brand i could get my hands on. But I never ever shared a smoke with someone I didn’t share a house with.

Well, then BAT should skip talking altogether then.
BAT has probably more money than the South African Government at the moment with deep pockets full of cash to pay Advocates. I bet an army of Lawyers and Advocates have been working around the clock this weekend to draw up the necessary paperwork. Depending on the Judge, I believe the Government will lose this one and if not BAT will appeal and win but at the 11th Hour Government will quickly announce Level 3 and avoid all this nonsense around cigarettes.

Imagine being in business in these weird and wonderful times and on a Friday the President of the country says that in a weeks time you will be able to sell cigarettes or any product for that matter. So you make all your orders, take delivery and then on Wednesday, a Minister, not the President who made the original announcement, says no you cannot sell your product. So the businessman who laid out money must just take it on the chin. How the hell do you do business in this country.
What about Public Participation. Did they give the smokers a chance to have their say, NO.

I'm not concerned about cigarettes, I don't smoke, luckily gave it up 28 years ago saving my health and a ton of money. But really, saying one thing and doing another is simply messed up, especially from Government you are supposed to trust.

Over the last 5 weeks I have received zero money into our business banking account from Government. If people here believe that somehow or other we are getting money for your business, catch a wake up, its all blue sky, it ain't going to happen. Small businessman like myself are on our own. Find ways to work around the regulations, use your entrepreneurial skills, waiting for Government will only cost you many weeks of your short life, more years working to pay it all back and less time to retire.
By the time they hand out dockets to each and every transgression, the case load will add up so much nobody will be able to do their job, and they'll offer a blanket amnesty.

This Disaster Management Act is being stretched far and beyond its intended use, Government has overreached and is tramping all over our Constitutional Rights.
While I am not a smoker and don't care, I hope BAT wins this legal battle as it will open up the whole can of worms.

In hindsight, I cannot believe we have been duped once again with another global economic reset.

Problem is that woman has more power than the president right now and can keep it for as long as she likes .

"
Unlike a state of emergency, extensions to states of disaster are not subject to parliamentary approval and the minister of COGTA can keep extending the state of disaster as long as she wants by publishing a notice in the gazette.

The current lockdown measures taken by the executive are extreme, and arguably have a much wider impact than any other state of emergency in our history. Indeed, the latest deployment of the SANDF is said to be the biggest ever, and South Africa will probably see the greatest economic downturn since the Great Depression. In the past week alone, 10,000 people were arrested under lockdown regulations in Gauteng. For comparison, during the apartheid state of emergency in 1985 around 10,000 people were detained, and in the 1986 state of emergency 12,000 people were detained."

Interesting piece .

Very concerning .

Bruh even teenagers wouldn't do this to us.
Teenagers are at the awkward age where they think they know everything, and then blame you when they mess up. Pretty much sums up the character of the controlling party.
