Bandwidth monitor for Win 7

I need some software to see what is using my connection, Netlimiter doesnt work with Win 7.
Help.

I have also noticed something running in the background using up bandwidth with Windows 7.Tried Netlimiter as well,no luck!

DUMeter works very well with Win 7 but unfortunately it is not free.

I have use BW Meter from Desksoft and does everything I want.
You can monitor to log file, monitor per connecting. Separate lan from internet.
Great little app. Hope this helps. There are screenshots on site.

I had a look at DUMeter, Netlimiter & Networx and they all seem to show a netstat but not how many bytes each process is using???
What program can i use to see which process is using how much data?
