Bandwidth stealing

hey guys,

I have a laptop and about a week ago, I noticed when I connect to the internet my laptop starts uploading and downloading stuff. It has gone so bad that I can almost not even visit mybroadband without using about 10mb of data. I dont have automatic updates enabled on the laptop. I notice that a lot of svchost.exe process are running. I also notice that there are services called 10.tmp, 12.tmp, E.tmp etc are running and I'm sure my laptop is infected. I have tried spyware search and destroy, zonealarm, malwarebytes and a few others, but nothing helps. Does anyone know how I can clean my laptop of this scrap?

Yep a virus, I had the same prob. The only solution at the end of the day was a complete reinstall. Antivirus doesn't work as well once your system is infected.

Reinstall and then get nod32 or Kaspersky.
