How about actually testing these features across less common phone brands.

I know rooted phones or non-stock OS's are actively prevented from using many banking app features.

Also, ask yourself the question, other than my Bank, who else do I also need to share my purchase history with?

Clicks App for your Clicks ClubCard
PnP App for Smartshopper
Woolworths App for WRewards
etc.

Or as @TofuMofu said, StoCard if you don't want that many apps.
