Battlefield 4 PunkBuster Ban

I updated BF4 PunkBuster Sunday morning.

When logging onto a server Monday night, after the power came back on, I got this message:

ERROR
Game disconnected: you were kicked by PunkBuster. Stated reason: PunkBuster permanent ban issued on this Game Server for player 'snail112' ... GLOBAL PunkBuster GUID BAN

I reported it to EA. They said I must contact Evenbalance to lodge a ticket. I did it.

And no. I did not hack, cheat or made use of any exploits.

How long does one wait until EvenBalance respond?
