Ah but you are thinking from the viewpoint of someone who wants to fix the situation with practical actions.Yes, it must be addressed, not by taking the wealth of someone else, but by enabling (quality education for all and safety and security for example) and then building new wealth, which has actually been hampered the political party in power and their policies. But that same party gets voted in time and again.
Education is the last thing the ANC wants to improve, throughout history it has been shown that people are easier to control when they are ignorant.
If everyone in SA was well educated and had gainful income then the ANC would be entirely irrelevant and would lose their power very quickly.
