I checked online, but I can't find the sectoral determinations related to the hours of work for employees in the hospitality sector.

Anyone have a link, or perhaps able to assist with regards to hours of work?

One last question, but anyone know what is the earning threshold at which point an employee becomes exempt from the regulations governing hours of work? I know it is senior management positions, but I believe there is also an earning threshold.
