The Cabinet, and all other government employees who spout this BS need to shut up. You are in for a surprise when eTolling goes live. 19% noncompliance rate will be a dream for you guys... if its any lower than 40% I will be surprised.

Good Citizens hold their government accountable for corruption, maladministration, excessive spending and poor financial decisions.
E-tolling is a symptom of all of those. We need to hold this government accountable for the huge mess that is e-tolling.
