This has been going on for years.
You can't view the vehicle is the first excuse.
Pay a deposit and I'll keep it for you. Is the next step.
Once they got that deposit they try get shipping charges because they will send the vehicle to you.
I don't know how people fall for this. But ya all types in the world.

Their advertorial isn't very effective if their site registration is broken.

Use Std bank escrow service.. Seller cannot obtain money until car is delivered to you in proper condition.

When your target market can get a matric certificate with 30% for maths, that is high level sophistication.
