Could you imagine this headline coming out of another country. If it happened in Europe, Asia or America it would probably make international headlines. Coming from South Africa it's seen as par for the course, in a country where 150 woman are raped every day and you would probably find, if you could get hold of any reliable statistics that 60% of these attacks were under done to girls under the age of 16. 30% under the age of 14, 10% under the age of 7 and 5% under the age of 3. (thumbsuck) Hell it's suprising that this headline even made it to publication, probably some political cookies to be gained with the story coming out.
