Please point me to the place I represented myself to be one of the better educated or more competent white people so I can correct it.

There is a reason why some white people are earning hundreds of thousands of rands abroad, living in better countries, providing better for their families and there are reasons why others are still caught up in a country they are not wanted in.

It is not easy to leave the country, not many people have the opportunity to move overseas, more and more white people are leaving the country, not to mention emigration rules,

No, this 70,000 is your educated white people, who finished both school and university and also got a number of years of work experience prior to BEE. These are the people who were snapped up by companies abroad. They are the people who went abroad and never came back.
