Been Waiting Since The End Of November 2017 For Telkom To Install Our Line!!!

I've been waiting for about 2 months, never mind the "21 days max"
I have projects waiting to be completed an I still can't get anything done because I need a ton of research.

ANY Help would be appreciated, I've called into telkom multiple times and they have told me every time " We've Escalated it"
