BES and exchange

I have been asked to help out installing this....there is a previous installation but it seems pretty badly borked...

and at the first hurdle i collapse, where oh where do you get the installation software for this?
Cant find it on the site, RIM has no contact details... I have a license key and thats it..

you can download the express version free - otherwise it needs to some from the service provider
