When Cell C is better than Rain then you know how bad things are.
I think it's not long until they get awarded dead last position.

Yeah well Cellc doesn't have customers anymore so.

Rain ratings dropping because of downtime during loadshedding. Congested towers ect.

Doesn't mean the whole network will be bad for every person.

Good intentions overshadowed by bad decisions.
