Hey guys. I don't suppose anyone has any strong feelings on what is the best budget Android handset at the moment?
Taking a look at the latest Vodacom catalogue, I can see a grand total of five Android phones that are free on TopUp 135 (I'm excluding the Galaxy Y, since it's inferior to the Gio):
Keyboard:
1. Samsung Galaxy Y Pro
2. LG Optimus Pro
3. HTC ChaCha
Touchscreen:
4. Samsung Galaxy Gio
5. Sony Ericsson Live with Walkman
After a quick scan through the specs, I'm tempted to say that the ChaCha is the best of the keyboard models (higher screen resolution, better camera, nicer build quality), and the Live with Walkman (a stupid name for a phone btw) is the best of the touchscreens (it's the only one of the bunch with a 1ghz processor). The Live with Walkman is probably the best overall, unless you really need a hardware keyboard. Does this seem like a fair assessment?
