Preheat oven to 175
Cream 125g unsalted butter, add 105g brown sugar and 125 white sugar. Beat some more, then add one egg and tsp vanilla extract and beat some more...
In a different bowl sift together 220g flour, 1/2tsp each of salt, bicarb, and baking powder.
Incorporate the flour mixture into the butter mixture.
Add 180g chopped dark chocolate
Form into small balls (30-35g) and arrange on un-greased baking sheet.
Bake 11-12 minutes.
