I've made up my mind and I'm going to buy a PS3! But the question is do i go for the current specials or wait till December in hopes of better/cheaper bundles?

Reggies has a 250gb Xbox360 + 2games (Forza 3 & Crysis 2) for R2699. That is the best price I've seen ever. Excluding these opening specials in places that I don't live.

@ tooone7, that ebucks special is pretty good. I'm also in the market for a console right now, thinking of going the xbox way though. Anyway, a good friend who is "in the know" says that the prices are not going to decrease, but they will bundle extra games around Xmas time.

Apparently, only Springfield in Durban were running that 'special' but now if you re-visit the website you will find that it has been changed to 160GB machine (which they have no stock of either).

If you're looking for a good deal then I went for Makro's 320GB bundle deal for R3999.99. They give you:
