Anyhoo, I see that all I need is the console as I have spare HDMI 1.3 and Toslink cables at Mi Casa.

My 20GB Pro (from 3 years back) came with component cables. I would be very surprised if the newer consoles don't at least come with that.

The best deal i could find was through BT Games they have the console for 2999.95 Slimline 160gig and are currently running specials on games as well. Baught my console on tuesday.

Only composite with the one I bought. R/W audio and yellow video.

Dissappointed with it to be honest as the Y-Pb-Pr would've been better as my telly only has 2xHDMI and my media player is in one already and the HD PVR looks relatively *** connected to Component.

Just arrived with the official sticker still on the drive front plate. Although the deal says demo, it doesn't look like it has been used at all. The packaging was a little battered, but acceptable.

No collection. Cheapest shipping option was R55, delivery to door by courier. Ordered on Tuesday morning received Thursday morning.

I bought this yesterday and I am 90% sure they are refurbs or demo units.

My box was sealed but the PS3 didnt have any plastic on it and the controller was in a random plastic packet. One of the books looked used and there was a Partserve business card in the box.

Everything works and looks new but I am still going to contact Partserve to see if they have it as a refurb on their system. If so I will throw my toys at Makro. I dont mind that they are selling refurbs but dont sell them as new units. When Game sold refurbs at least they advertised them as such.

UPDATE: Partserve say the console is not on their system as being repaired and that the new consoles dont come with plastic on them... Wonder if that is true?

Are there scratches underneath the console,especially on the support pads?
