best download/fileshare app for ADSL?

after reading the KAZAA? thread i've started wondering... what IS the best (most suitable) thing to use for downloading/filesharing if you're sitting with an ADSL connection?

all i've been using forever is Kazaa, and admittedly, the quality of search results really suck nowadays.

any suggestions?

forgot the name of it but especially when you have hit your cap there is a local hub call zahub.net or something forgot exactly, but that is local sharing with a min contribusion of 20gig per person so there is alot out there. will try find the name for you.

Just get DC++ from http://dcplusplus.sourceforge.net/index.php?page=download

Install it and add a favorate hub: ZAHUB.KICKS-ASS.NET
And you're in.
