around 12 my line dropped away to nothing

(openISP, Midrand area)

Thought it might be the line or something, as after resetting router it connected for all of 10 seconds, so reset to factory defaults and it connected to telkoms site. Now it doesn't even do that, and still no joy using the openISP settings. After running diagnostics on the router I get this

Checked all the settings and they are correct.

Are Telkom letting the work experience kids at the exchange again? (sorry, isn't that telcum senior management I'm talking about!)

also, when I check my usage stats I get this message under disconnect reason.

Foreign-Host-Close-TCP

the initall disconnect had this message

PPP-Remote-Terminate
