Best emulator for the NDS.

I have struggled to find an emulator that opens up in full screen for the NDS.Does anyone have any suggestions on which emulators to use.

I have used No$GBA quite a lot. TBH NDS emulation is pretty slow for some reason. There isn't a lot of progress in that field.
