Windows 10 with Windows Defender. Everything else just slows down your pc.

On Android you don't need anything also because there's one build in since 2012 already.

? All AV's are just snake oil. If you use one that gets updated every day (aka Defender) you'll be fine.

Took your advice after the Win Anniversary update on one of my PCs. Honestly cannot see any advantages of Symantec over just sticking with Win Defender. Comparing the two PCs on a weekly basis ....
