Yeah,that's what caught my attention and stuff the other unnecessary gadgets but reality is telling me otherwise...



Yes,that's R712.00 for up to 76Mb and even if the 24Mb difference was taken into account I bet it would still fall short of R1K taking the Pound/Rand exchange.

What's the clock speed of the CPU?

Its an i7 3970X running at 3.2hz. A bit of googling says it goes for about 5k

edit, got the clockspeed and price wrong. Its closer to 12k

my friend has one running it at 4.8ghz on watercooling , runs like a dream , he bought it 2nd hand for 5k.

Yeah it is in the face of such absurdity that I usually start saying no... Even if I have the money I would not get internet at that cost. The image of being king of a dung heap is just too repugnant to me.

Just an observation......

You will not see rich people with all of these, that is why most are rich in the first place, they can manage their money and more importantly understand the value of money. Where you will see these things are with those who think they are rich... the easy come easy go crowd.
