Best HDD/SSD Cloning Device?

As per the title, what's the best SSD/HDD (2.5" and 3.5") cloning device.? I am thinking about getting this one: https://www.geewiz.co.za/cables-ada...-external-hddssd-adapter-cable-kit-black.html

Any (better) ideas? It seems to have a fairly high rating.

In terms of software, I am going to use MiniTool as I've used it before, and it worked like a bomb.

lol thanks, this is mostly for a client who has a laptop with a single SSD inside it and wants a clone over to a new SSD before installation.
