What is the fastest most reliable ISP in Wellington Western Cape? Money isn't much of an issue but getting what I pay for is.

Try sonic telekoms, not sure if the have coverage there but worth a try avoid ibits( do a search on paarl pals and you'll see why)
I'm using axxess(Rain)and Telkom (lte).

I'm in Wellington as well and I am using Afrihost. No problems so far.
