The problem with this evaluation is that some ISP only provide one service e.g. FTTH. So they will get good ratings as fibre is stable. The problem with other ISP are they still have to support aging Telkom infrastructure which are most likely the cause of bad ratings. To make this more informative and valid, rate based on services provided.

So I want off them, and I'd look at replacing Vox too. I see they're slipping down the standings as well.

If you're in a coverage area, Openserve or MetroFibre/SADV is a much better and stable option. I'd look at Cool Ideas and Afrihost for ISPs on those networks, as well as MetroFibre's own ISP on their network.

Great stuff! Thanks for the feedback. This button was added streamline the process a bit. It times a cancellation and new order process automatically. It's not perfect as the system does not always know what the FNOs are doing in terms of install delays but it helps a lot.
