Hi all, sorry if this topic has been covered; I did have a quick look around, but found nothing that asks this particular question. For a new guest house on the lower west coast of Cape Town, what would be the best option for uncapped mobile wifi, so that guests never experience any problems, and is there a way to pay this on a month to month basis. I am rather ignorant about how broadband works, throttling and all the rest so if you answer do you mind breaking it down as if I am in Grade one, which I am on this subject? This is a new guest house, and we will be having many foreign visitors as well as local businessmen and people who will all be expecting a hassle free and fast permanent connection and we obviously want to provide same but have to work out which one to go for as we don't know much about it at all.

The last thing we want is to sign up with x r y and find as soon as the first guest arrives that there are problems.

Thanks very much in advance for your help.

Uncapped mobile? In a guest house? With foreign guests demanding speed and no limits on their data use? You must be very, very wealthy...

On second thoughts, you must be extremely wealthy.

Realistically, start thinking adsl or wisps (wireless internet service providers.) Anything but mobile (MTN, Vodacom, etc).

What type of wired broadband is available in your area? eg ADSL, VDSL, Fibre?
