Best place for COVID-19 test

I have to get a COVID-19 PCR test before travel. Can anyone recommend the best place for a PCR test in terms of:
* Cost
* Speed of getting results
* Ability to get a printed result, not just SMS
Can be Lancet, Ampath, Pathcare, Lab24, Epicentre, Testaro or GHI Labs.
