Not sure if those are available anymore. I bought mine from Takealot.co.za and I know these accounts were allowed to access the beta events. They also get 3 days early access.

It's still up on the GW2 website.

At this time, the only way to get the BETA weekend access (and the 3day headstart), is to buy from the guildwars2 site itself.

Any locally purchased ones atm will only give 1day headstart with no BETA access :(

Code we sell has pre order access? We have 3 versions on our site: Normal Version with no pre order access, Pre Order Version with Beta and 3 day headstart and a Digital Deluxe Edition that has same access as Pre Order Version cept with few goodies thrown in.

Will the store price be cheaper than a digital version? That hardly seems right...

Something wrong in my opinion when you have to pre-order to play the beta. Very wrong.

Didn't have to pre-order(purchase) to play in the beta weekends ... was loads of beta key give-aways/competitions online ... i got a key for this past weekend event from a guy giving away keys on his twitter account.

Beta access was just a perk for pre-purchasing the game.

No kidding, what is your point? :)

Well, I would have paid for Beta access, and for me GW2 is a game I have been looking forward to and following for a few long time :) I was going to buy the game anyway, so now or later makes no difference to me. Also, my main reason for pre-purchase was for the 3 day head start. If I can say thank you with my money to ArenaNet, then I am a gladly giving them my money for a fabulous piece of art.

Was just pointing out to unskinnybob that one didn't have to pre-purchase the game to get beta access :)

what ever you do ... don't get it at Kalahari

I bought from BT Games and Takalot. What's up with Kalahari? Usually I find their prices are higher with the items that I generally buy from online stores, so don't buy from them.

Well there is a stress test this evening at 9pm for a short 4 hours. As the HAVE stated there will likely be problems as they will be working on the game, i am hesitant to suggest you login. Your first experince may be pretty crap! :)
